The smartest people in the world are those who listen instead of talking. They ask questions, not answer them. The only way to learn, I think, is with an open mind and an open heart. One cannot forget fellow humankind in one's quest for knowledge. Without each other, what is the point in learning?

I would say the smartest people in the world are Asians. Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese etc. They go to high school and come right out got to college and get good jobs as doctors, inventors, and CEO's. They are the smartest when it comes to getting their lives together. There are other groups of people that are smarter in other aspects.

Stephen Hawkings currently has the highest IQ of anybody living today. He is a scientist, predominatly for black holes. He is always in a wheelchair, and has a machine that talks for him, because his body is disabled.
