We will probably never know. I would suspect that those we know about are small fish who are unable, without the means, or just too stupid, to provide themselves with enough protection to avoid detection.
Both parties have their examples of corrupt politicians. All Administrations have corruption of some sort taking place within their ranks.
Remember power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Nancy Pelosi.
She ranks as the numero uno Congressperson in both the House and the Senate who has received the most money and vacations and trips from big business and special interests.
The Clintons come in close behind only because they are not in power. Bill and Hillary are very closely tied to InfoUSA which runs scams on the elderly, and Pelosi and her son, Paul, are tied into this as well.
