I have two children and I need a job where I can bring them with me. I can't afford day care and have no family to watch them while I work. Any ideas?

When I had my children my husband had a good paying job. But despite events we cannot control we are having a hard time. Don't be negative when you don't have all the facts please.

How about working AT a daycare?
Or starting your own small business -- then, you can make whatever rules you want! There are small business loans the government makes available for people exactly like you....

here in NJ you can bring your children to day care while you work there , they make you pay a certain percent to have your child go there ( less then if you did not work there )
the only other thing would be to babysit from your home

Some people who own their own businesses keep thier children with them.
When I was a kid, I used to go to a music shop where the owner's kids were always hanging around.

Look for a job that has daycare available as an employee benefit or work at a daycare.

My mom did this...she got the 12 units needed to open her own daycare...she loved it and was home with us everyday...she eventually grew into a preschool as well..

Try daycare yourself they let you bring your kids along while you are working there but the pay is horrible.

I know that my bus driver use to bring her kids for the ride, and I have seen others doing this.
