Here it is step by step. Step 1 H2SO4 dehydrates the isopropyl alcohol to the alkene. Step 2 the alkene is then epoxidized with the performic acid HCOOOH. Step 3 the methyl grignard attacks the terminal carbon of the epoxide to give the alcohol H3CH(OH)CH2CH3. Step 4 the PCC (pyridinium chlorochromate) oxidizes the alcohol to the ketone using the CH2Cl2 as a solvent. After all this the final product is CH3C(=O)CH2CH3 which is called 2-butanone.
