Printing is like writing, a form of communication and communication may suffer when Mercury is retrograde. So, if you can wait, do so and buy it later.

Well, Mercury rules printing, Uranus rules computers. I would expect that you should thoroughly check the printer out before you buy-- look for its rating in Consumer Reports, etc.-- and I would make sure that you get an extended warranty for it.

Since Mercury won't go direct until July 9th, it may be impractical to wait until then (though probably the best course of action), so make sure that the store bills you correctly if you buy it now, make sure you hook it up correctly, and double-check your double-checking.

After all, the world has to move on even when Mercury goes retrograde-- it just has to move slower and more carefully!

since you are aware of this, the only thing you really need to do is be cautious. Double check everything. Make everything as crystal clear as possible. Dot your I's and cross your T's and you'll be fine

Waiting is better if you can wait. If not, just expect to 're-do' something along the way or have problems with it.
