I am assuming that your 2/3n means 2/3 times n, and that your 4/3n means 4/3 times n:

2/3n + 4 = 10 - 4/3n

2/3n + 4 - 4 = 10- 4 - 4/3n

2/3n = 6 - 4/3n

2/3n + 4/3n = 6 - 4/3n + 4/3n

2n = 6

n = 6/2 = 3

2/3n + 4 = 10 - 4/3n
2/3n + 4/3n = 10 - 4
(2 + 4)/3n = 6
6/3n = 6
2/n = 6
2 = 6n
n = 2/6 = 1/3

(4/3n +)2/3n + 4 = 10 -4/3n (+4/3n)

2n + 4 (- 4)= 10 (- 4)

2n (/2) = 6 (/2)

n = 3

Assume question should read:-
(2/3).n + 4 = 10 - (4/3).n
2n + 12 = 30 - 4n
6n = 18
n = 3

n=3

add 4n/3 to both sides and get

6n/3 +4=10
then
2n=6
