Anybody live in Stevens Point, WI?

Does anybody live in Stevens Point? I was thinking of relocating and was wondering if it is a good town to raise children? Anybody know anything about the elementary schools?

My sister lives near there in a small town called Plover. Can't answer your question about the schools, but there is a university there, if that helps.
