I would have to star this one. Scary question.

Opening is easy.
But the hard part is running it.
It's not whats in your inventory It's about how will you market it.

Staffing is a major cause of weather you make it or not.

1. If you are staffed, what will they do . Sit around and wait for people to come. Remember you still have to pay them.

2. If you already have the hotel. It will cost you nothing. It's after you open.

3. Are you fully staff. Management Line people. Do you have too many. Will they be efficient.

Look at your ADR and how may rooms you think you can sell in that year. Subtract you overhead. This will suprise you.

Look at your local market, that will tell you.

It do not matter how much you charge its about:

My whole butt has just turned green--EMERGYNCY!?

About a week ago my butt started to hurt. I looked in the mirror and found a big grey wart. I thought it was nothing. Puberty? Last night, or this morning rather (1 am) I noticed that it had turned green. Then in my magnifying mirror I noticed the whole rim of my anal area was green and a bunch of smaller warts (not know if they are warts)

The big one is covering up my anal whole, so it is har to stool. It is all num and when its not it hurts. The skin area all around it is red, and in the red is the green area. The red area has skin peeling.

I'm 14. And scared. Never had sex or any of that. I am male.

Please let me know what to do AND WHAT IT IS!?

I am scared it's cancer, tumor, etc. Please tell me this is normal...

Now to answer this question, You would never get any business up and running if you have to ask on yahoo some of the simplest things to research.

Hi Sounds great :)

Here is some info I found:

The average allocation of budgeted costs for all type of hotels is:

13% for land
11% for development and soft costs
61% for site improvement and building construction
12% for FF&E
3% for pre-opening and working capital
100% for total project costs

There is a neat graph " HOTEL DEVELOPMENT COSTS " at about the middle of the page;

Good Luck!
