Dude learn how to type. And second the Yankees don't suck. The Red Sox have been overachieving, the Yankees have been underachieving. Mike Lowell, Josh Beckett, Curt Schilling, Tim Wakefield, and Kevin Youkillis are all overachieving. But Coco Crisp, D-Mat, and Julio Lugo are all underachieving. If the two teams keep playing like this (Red Sox doing bad and the Yankees dominating) it's all over for the Red Sox.
Are you just some guy who thinks he knows about baseball but doesn't know a thing? Probably. You probably don't even know who Lugo, Crisp, D-Mat, Schilling, Wakefield, Beckett, Lowell, and Youkillis are. If you were to join a forum of baseball fans who knew what they were talking about you'd be laughed at like I'm laughing at you right now.

Have you been watching baseball lately? The Yankees do not suck. They cut a lead from 14 1/2 games back to 7 1/2 in just two weeks. If I was the Dreadsox I'd be worried.

They still have a healthy lead, so it's not time to start panicking. If that lead gets whittled down to 2-3 games, then I think it might become time to bite your nails.
Even at 7.5, the Sox have a big lead. That's not to say the Yankees won't catch them, but it's not inevitable. The Sox just need to snap out of their funk, and get back on the winning track. If they do that, then they'll put some pressure back on the Yankees.
And my Blue Jays will cruise to another third-place finish.

Oh yes they will, they are too far ahead to lose that many games. Possibly, if the Yankees continue their winning streak and the Sox start on a losing streak.
Go SOX!!!

The Yanks chipped away half that lead in 2 weeks. It's ABC: Another Boston Choke. Like 2004 never happened. Even if it did, it's not "2004 > 26," it's "26 > 1." The Yanks will win it all this year, and the Red Sox won't be able to stop them.

Nope. At the end of the regular season the Yankees will have won the AL East while the Sox are sitting there wondering what the hell went wrong. Go Yankees!

It's getting very interesting, this might be a better question to ask after the trade deadline, but right now the Yankees are in striking distance.

I agree, I think they have hit a slump right now but will come out of it in time to hold on.
It will be tight though

There's not a chance in Fenway, that they will hold on to the lead.
