go up to her face and ask her out unless ur a wimp. Or show off to her or ask her out on msn MUCH EASIER

Well this is what I did, with my girlfriend of 1 year now and not all girls are the same so goodluck..
first I would just hang out with her and talk to her about anything, hangout as much as possible but also giving her space she needed.. And when we were alone I would sometimes say stuff like "I want you to be my girlfriend" or like "Id love if i could be your boyfriend" and she would usually reply with "aww your so cute" or something along those lines haha. Anyway this is how I asked her out.. while I was slow dancing with her at a dance I whispered in her ear..
Me: "haley"
haley: yes
Me: "Im having trouble with something can you help me?"
haley: "whats wrong?"
Me: "how do i ask you out?"
haley:" Awww" *hugs*
Me: *gets b0n3r*

.Think about something you have in common. Strike up a conversation. Like "God, can you believe how much Professor Joe sucked today?" or "Have you heard about that new restaurant/coffee shop? I'd love to go there sometime." or "Have you seen *movie* yet?" Coffee is the safest bet. It doesn't require a 2+ hour commitment. If it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen, life goes on.

My son has been known to walk up to women and say "hey ladies" whilst winking and firing finger guns at them...odd it's never worked....but then he is 9.
Seriously, just ask her out...if a 9 year old can do it then surely it isn't that big an issue.

be nonchalant ..ask if she'd like to grab a cup of coffee (or whatever you like) or maybe catch a movie ...the key is to act like it's NOT a big deal......if she says no that's her deal not yours
