Maybe they are just copying House.
Truly though, sometimes a doctor is on call for a day or two, and cannot shave.
They are just trying to be appealing to the audience. I am concerned about the coming season because I don't believe it will be as good.

It makes them look hotter. As long as we're talking about the men and their unshaven faces and not the women ;))

i think the unshaven look is very sexy. I like facial hair on men.

well they do work extra long shifts. i think it is disrespectful to patients to not shave

facial hair is gross. and makes them look dirty and that they dont care. i guess some people find that attractive... somehow...
