mine is a aluminium bladed fan,it oscillates
and has 3 speed levels!its roughly 2o inches diameter
how much electricity do they use up
is it quite expensive.

Look on the base or back of the fan for the wattage on the rating label, each hundred (100) watts will cost about 1p for 1 hour or pro rata.

have to look at the spec, basically a kilowatt hour is a hundred watt light bulb left burning for 10 hours,

so a floor fan probably is about 10 bucks a month left on 24/7

1 1/2 cents per hour if you have your electricity provided by SDGE Our electric utility provider has a cost estimator on their website for running appliances, power tools, HVAC, pool and spa filters, etc. Check to see whether your provider also has one on their website. AC is $1.60 an hour!!

The cost of your electricity of your fan is neglegible. Whether you leave it on or off, you will not notice a difference on your electric bill.

they run from 10 bucks to 50.
