yes thats y he was drafted to ECW to finally have another reign as a heavyweight champion before he retires since they wont let him beat Edge for the World Title.

I believe Christ Benoit will become the new ECW Champ. I mean, he's obviously by far without a doubt the best superstar on the ECW roster.

i think he will because ecw needs ratings so they wont give it 2 any 1 from the new breed and the originals are too old so the choices wuld be cm punk or benoit but i think it will be benoit thats y he got moved to ecw

He's the best wrestler on there besides CM Punk so probably him or CM Punk. I think Benoit will turn bad and there will be a CM Punk and Benoit rivalry.

YEs, they were going to make him the top guy on tha brand when they drafted him in 2007 since he was the only big name superstar drafted to that brand that year. He was scheduled to face the ECW champ at that Vengeance PPV and win the belt but of course we all know what happened that weekend.....

yes probablly. he is the probably the best in the ECW brand. I bet the only people to give him a run for the title is Boogeyman, Burke, CM Punk.

Definitely. When Benoit steps through the door, there will be Coachman, bowing down, with the title put on a silver platter, chanting "Please Chris! Save the WWE!"

i think that chris beniot can be come ecw champ...but who knows...mabey....dont know what wwe is thinking....but i think that he might not be the ecw champ...and he will have to work his way to the ecw championship.
