Why is everyone agaist the spurs ???

Everyone knows that the spurs are way better than the cavs, so people want to see a new team/star like lebron win, and do something unexpected.

Because everyone wants america's golden boys, Steve Trash and Dirk the Jerk Nowitski to win, but they can't. Simple as that. The Spurs are an excellent team and they deserve to win this championship. Everyone wants to blame Phoenix's downfall on Robert Horry, but the spurs beat Phoenix with and without Stoudemire and Diaw, so what more do you want. Congrats to the entire Spurs organization. I'm behind the under-rated underdogs 100%. May you win 100 more.

B/c the finals were boring and the NBA Commish ruined any chance of the Suns being there in the only interesting playoff series. But, the Finals still would have been a bore. Cleveland? What a joke. One man and some other people with names only their family knows.

The Spurs are getting blamed for all the NBA's problems. They're a great team and the victims of playing the worst team to ever make it into the finals.

Because people don't want to admit that they are a great team. They play relentless defense, they thrive off opponents' mistakes (efficiency), and they have guys proven to deliver at any given time. No one quits on this roster, everyone plays all-effort D, and the team has great depth. They don't have the most explosive offensive, but why would you need to you if all you have to do to win is score more points than the other team? And if you play hard-nose D like the Spurs, it won't be hard to score more points. That's a championship formula, whether you people like it or not.

Because they don't "act" like superstars, therefore people in general find them boring. They don't get into trouble with the law nor do they make for great tabloid reporting (divorce, drugs, volence...).

Rather, they are a class act, are very involved in our S.A. community, and are worthy role models for our kids to look up to. They are family men for the most part and they play like professionals.

For many, this makes them boring... for fans of basketball, they are the real deal... what pro-basketball is supposed to be about. There are other teams out there who are classy pros, like the Spurs... but the Spurs have won 4 championships, so I guess that jealousy may play a small part in there, too.

Because no one likes to see a dynasty unless its their team. I am a Jazz fan, but i cheered for the Spurs anyway. Tim Duncan is amazing.

In this day and age everyone is into bad boys making the news. they want to hear about the one that got busted for drugs,rape,murder,DUI, They don't care about that ones that keep to themselves and function together as a team and work hard all year long to accomplish a goal. That is too boring for some.

cause they SUCK!! O.K. dude dig this they win a NBA title every another year? why? Why not every single year? Why is it that there has to be a break in one year? Secondly it's a basketball game and they keep showing Tony Parker's fiance. I'm dating a 2 time field hockey champion they don't show my girlfriend in my games. They show me, represents 2006 BDL Champions, GO ANN ARBOR BULLETS! Tony Parker's fiance is getting too much attention in a basketball game, just cause she is a star. It's annoying. I also dated a model they didn't show her during my games either. They showed me. I WANTED PISTONS VS JAZZ, JAZZ WINNING!

Im not I wanted the Spurs to win. Im so sick of everyone saying that LeBron is the next MJ. My God that is annoying. He will never be the next MJ people get over it! Im so sick of him.
