i live in england and you know when creating the account, it ask you to choose American, Europe, Japan, Tawain etc...
do i need to choose Europe?
because i want to play with other countries too esp. usa and japan
what happen if i dont choose europe??

You can choose whichever server you want. I'd recommend that you choose Europe because you live there. Here are some of the problems you may run into on a "foreign" server.
1. Lag. You are connecting to a physical server that is a looooonnnggggg ways away.
2. Time Zones. If you play during peak European hours, you'll find many more people to play with on your home server. You said you would like to play with Americans, well speaking as an American, I play usually from 8-10pm EST. Most of England is in bed by then.
3. Language barriers. Obviously you won't have a problem with Americans, but if you choose Japan as your home server you won't even be able to read the chat characters.
If you choose Europe as your home server you can still play with Americans and Asians. There are international districts that you can go to which are server neutral. If you have a Japanese friend that you met elsewhere and would like to play with him, you can both meet in the international districts and join up there.
You also have 4 server changes available to you after creating your account. But be careful, once you use your last server change, you are stuck on that server for the rest of your gw career.
