My niece and nephew are graduating from high school today and we're giving them each a signed baseball and baseball card from when they played t-ball 13 years ago. We've kept them nice all these years and they've come so far and full circle, heading off to college in a couple months. The quote we put in their yearbook was something like "From picking the grass in T-ball to Varsity sports, you can do anything! We're so proud of you!" My niece played Varsity tennis and my nephew was on Varsity track.

Can anyone think of a poem (or two separate ones - one for each of them since they are boy and girl twins) that would be suitable to give them to go along with their gifts?

To be clear, the baseballs are ones that we had them sign themselves when they were 5 and the baseball cards are the ones featuring them and their own stats at the time :-)
Thank you!

For the male I would suggest the poem 'The Man Who Thinks He Can' by Walter Wintle (see first link provided)

-and-

For the female I would suggest the poem 'Success and Failure' by Og Mandino (see second link provided - click on left of webpage).

There are some special graduation poems on the third link given if you want to use that word in your peoms.

You have a great deal to work with to make it stronger. What is a tord? A fresh new entry tords a new beginning. We've only imagined this moment a few times before. Some of us beg to leave, while others pray for (another oppurtunity). or (don't ever want to leave.) In the end, as hard as we try to break away, we'll miss our small school. the teachers the mischeif the (you think of something) <------------- shallow line and most of all the classmates of '12
