When an attack of claustrophobia comes on, it happens almost instantly.

Suddenly, in about 20 seconds, all I can think of is "I gotta get out of here". And I don't care what I have to do to do it, I get out.

It isn't a pleasant experience and I embarass myself. There is nothing I can do. I can't stop or control the feeling of being trapped, buried alive.

So things that take 30 minutes to kick in are of no help to me.

The following medicines are used in treating claustrophobia:
Aconitum napellus, Argentum nitricum, Cimicifuga racemosa, Nitricum acidum, Pulsatilla.

Try 30C potency of the medicines. Pulsatilla is especially better suited for claustrophobic conditions. Take 4 pills 4 times a day for 8 days. If symptoms persist, continue for another 8 days.

There are no side effects of any homeopathic remedies.
