im 13 getting ready to turn 14 and im 129{somewhere around there}and im 5'3 and when i went to the doc she said i was fine but i want to get my stomach off .my mom says to do sit-up but i HATE those things does any1 have any suggestions {my mom will not let me go on a diet}

curlups, thats what i do. if you really want to lose your stomach do them. oh and the balance ball works too. ive been doing 100 a day and its starting to show its effect. good luck.

Any exercies will help. No exercise makes one body part thin. When you do sit ups, it makes the msucles tighter their but doesn't make the fat go away any faster there than on other parts of your body. Swimming and running will do the most good.

Exercise. try doing exercises that will tone the stomach muscles
