Intact dilation and evacuation (or as you call partial birth abortion) only represents 0.17% of abortions, and is almost always used when the life of the mother is in danger. I don't know why this have all of a sudden became the right's battle cry. You clearly don't understand what it is or why it's done, which is exactley what the right wants I'm sure.

I can completely understand if you're against abortion, but I don't understand why this particular one is being focused on, when again, it's so rare and almost always used to save the mother's life...

I hope sincerely your beliefs are pro-abortion and you just posted this here to make people think conservatives and pro-lifers really are this dumb. Either that, or you really don't give a rat's rear about it, and you're just bored and wanting entertainment.

If not, don't you know it's stupid stuff like this that alienates people?

It would take an act of God to change the mindset of those who are firmly intrenched in their beliefs about abortion (and politics, for that matter) So I suppose we tend to spout rhetoric to try to convince the unconvinced.

So, did this convince anyone that terminating one innocent human life for another's convenience is wrong?

Didn't think so.

Intact dilation and extraction (IDX) is an extremely rare procedure that should not be banned. What should arguably be banned is any third trimester abortion not required to save the mother's life.

Instead, we have a ban on IDX, a legitimate medical procedure, but no ban on third trimester abortion.

How stupid is that? Thank you uneducated religious right!

Typical Repub question. The Repub can not debate and discuss the real issues of the day because they have lost all credibility with the American people so they resort to outlandish and idiotic questions.

Is your head going to implode because of the vacuum inside of it?

Why do people ask nonsensical questions like this?

Huh? Your question makes no sense. There is too much going on in this world to worry about a person's personal decision.
