It could be any day now. have you lost your mucus plug? dilated? effaced? contractions? But you could still be another week two weeks maybe longer but if the baby is engaged already then it could be anytime depending on the mucus plug, dilation and being effaced. good luck.

Usually 2-4 weeks from the head engaging. Only baby knows really and they will come when they're ready. Good luck!

you are usually three weeks before the birth when the baby 'drops'. I am taking it you are not in labour as I write this, in which case get yourself off to the hospital!!! You don;t deliver until you are 10cm dilated and contractions are less than 3 minutes apart.

If its your first baby then it doesnt matter when the head is engaged . You can still go full term or even be late...xxxgood luck
