for your information, ANY race can have Albinism. The fact that someone is "white" does not mean that they have albinism. Albinism is a genetic mutration that can occour in any group of people as long as the parents are carriers of the recessive gene.
To answer your question, it feels no different to be an "albino" than a person with normal pigment.

Your stupid. I'm black and I can see my veins sometimes too. And only super pale people have it so you can see all your veins. There are rarely any super pales anymore.

You know what the saddest part of this is.
The "ice man" the oldest record of man, was of a dark skin, in other words, black!
