What is that stuff Kevin slaps on his face (after his shower) and why does he scream when he puts it on?

Aftershave. It was probably loaded with alcohol and burnt his skin.

It was "Brut" aftershave. Aftershave stings when the skin has just been shaved because it has a lot of alcohol in it.

after shave, he screams cuz aftershave goes into your pores and cleans out your pores it burns him more then an older man because he is young and has sensitive skin

I think it is his dads high karate and it burns cause his skin is tender from shaving . good luck .

it a after shave lotion, he was trying it on his cheeks and it felt cold or weird and shocked him. or he saw something outside thru his bathroom window.
