I'm guessing that you have an ample bust and want to minimize it somewhat... Binding your chest is pretty extreme however you can get a minimizer bra.. It's specially made to give the appearance of a less ample bust... You can be sized for one at most major department stores with a lingerie dept. with a fitter...

you should be able to find breast binders in a maturnity clothing store back in the nursing bra section.
