I am guessing you have changed the PC's IP address to a static one and did not add a default gateway.

Go back into the LAN connection settings, where you changed the IP and add the routers IP address as the gateway which will be 192.168.0.1 unless you have changed that and also you will need to add the DNS servers your ISP uses. This can be found in the router config.

No point ## out your ip the number is 168

There are countless ordinary techniques to do it. First way is to objective a "surfing anonymously" website to the place you utilize their internet site as a center-guy. Secondly you are able to attempt an IP spoofer to the place it particularly is meant to checklist your IP address as a different address to the information superhighway website. finally, and in all probability the least complicated, your ISP will reassign your IP address in case you're taking your modem offline for some hours (maximum ISPs have a default between 2-4 hours, some would take in to eight).

I presume you have a modem connecting to the WAN port of the router and the pc connected to the wired LAN port.

The router should be set to provide IP addresses via DHCP to the LAN. Its default should be 192.168.0.x or 192.168.1.x.

The pc network connector should be set to obtain IP address automatically. Change this as it looks like you gave it a static IP address that is of a foreign subnet and this is your problem. Let the router assign the LAN IP addresses and don't play with them.

Your 192.###.0.3 suggests that you gave your device a foreign LAN ip.

Change the settings to use DHCP. This will allow it to automatically acquire an IP address

Using DHCP, the router will automatically acquire TCP/IP information from your Internet Service Provider. The DHCP within your router will pass out TCP/IP settings to devices (Computers) that connect to it.

The only time you would manually enter this information is if your ISP assigned you a static address. You usually pay extra for a static address.

You can NOT set your external address manually, it is assigned by your isp. Now you've made such a mess of it you need to re-set the router to defaults and set it up again. Then make sure your pc is set for automatic ip address configuration.
