I mean, i don't just ask questions because i want LOTS of responses. I ask because i want an answer, but for some I had like 70 responses and now like 10-20.

Probably because people have a tendency to look up your other questions before answering, to see how serious you are.
And it is: "Why AM I not getting more than 30 responses..."

Perhaps you're running out of interesting question! And that could be because you asked all the difficult questions at first, they were resolved, and now you're stuck with small minor questions like "why aren't I getting more than 30 responses anymore?"

I've had this problem too. if you ask how's the weather, you'll get 115 answers, but ask a serious question about love or money and you get 10 people who know nothing and maybe 1 or 2 serious answers.
Murphy's law... the real questions get no answers and the rhetorical questions get them all

Because right about when you get the 30th response, your question will dissapper to the next page...and we can't easily see it anymore.
