What about it? Painitng wainscoting is no different than painting any woodwork. You cut in along the top and bottom edges, paint the indented panels from the outside inward, and then paint their moulding. On the raised parts in between go top down with your strokes and go with the grain of the wood. It's easy, go light on the paint to ensure it doesn't pool in any of the indents or anything.
