I would steer clear of any of them. They seem to have a reputation for empty promises, "phony auditions", and taking people's money.

Although these complaints are made about individual schools, it seems to be rampant throughout their organization. Even more damning is the fact that their website came under fire from the BBB when it was found that actors shown in photos on their website were not affiliated with JPR nor did they authorize JPR to use their photos.
From Wikipedia "JRP website includes photos of famous personalities and lists other celebrities as graduates. Pictures such as Lucille Ball, Marilyn Monroe and John Wayne hang in the lobby of franchises. The Los Angeles Better Business Bureau attempted to contact many of these celebrities through their agents or close family members, and those who responded neither attended classes at JRP nor authorized use of their likeness. Those listed as responding to the BBB inquiry are: Lucille Ball, Heather Locklear, Barbara Walters, Henry Fonda, Jane Fonda, John Wayne and Betty Ford." I think you'd be better off taking acting classes from a community college and finding a reputable agent that would only take a portion of your earnings after you get a job (usually up to 20%). JRP seems to prey on people who let their dreams of stardom cloud their judgement.
Hope this helps and good luck,
Channa

I have a friend who is enrolled in JRP in KC, and I haven't heard anything about her experience in terms of getting jobs...maybe because she hasn't gotten one yet! She's been enrolled for a while, now. When she went in just to see what it was all about, they asked her to walk on a make-shift catwalk, and they told her she was "a natural"....she did get a free $300 haircut out of the deal, but then again, she did drop $3000 in the first place.

Not only will JRP try to take your money, but their training is not respected by the professionals that will be hiring you or helping your career. JRP is toxic on any resume. Steer clear of them and contact legitimate modeling or acting agencies, and find out where they recommend taking classes from (or if they offer classes themselves.)

All over. They are not a licensed Modeling or Talent Agency, that is how they get away with being a scam.
