you know how everbody knows the saying "don't you wish you could be a fish" well what i was wondering is, would a fish wish he were a fish if he wasn't a fish!?

I bet fish wish they were sea mammals, but I'm glad I'm not a fish. I'd want to be an otter. Everyone thinks they're so cute, and I could lay around on my back all day swimming.

A fish can't wish he were a fish if he wasn't a fish because the fish is already a fish and the wish wouldn't make him a fish.
