normally that's a question you just kinda asked a few appraisers you know or a friends appraiser, something like that. Not to all of America...
but if you are really looking, maybe you could find somebody on: www.appraisers.com
Look for somebody with low credentials (not fha approved, not hud approved, just a Joe Shmoe...)
