The lower gravity would have no effect but the lower air pressure would. With no oxygen, you couldn't light your still but if the temperature got above the freezing mark, with the lower air pressure, both the alcohol and water would vaporize instantly

You better have a fuel source other than combustible materials, because Mars has very little Oxygen, Plus you need protection from nighttime temperatures 150 below zero which will probably freeze your still

u would have to use special equipment to deal with the very low gravity on Mars, if not it would all float out into space, and end up getting another planet drunk with your moonshine.

The liquid would boil at a different temperature, so you would have to adjust the temperature of your mash.
