I bought a hud home 6 years ago and found it on a list online free. I am now trying to buy another house the same way and am running into websites that want to charge fees. Any sites out there that will not charge me for this info? Thanks in advance,
trying to upgrade into a larger home.

Here is the portal to all homes available for purchase through any branch of the United States government. At this time, HUD homes are handled through local real estate brokerages.

Go directly to the HUD website.

www.hmbireo.com

They list a majority of HUD properties in Virginia.

However, you would still need to be represented-- since you can not submit your own bid. If you need further help, just contact me.
