Who sings the new version of the 59th street bridge song (feelin' groovy)?

It's feautred in the Clinique 3-Step commercial advertisement. I know it's not by Simon & Garfunkel. The voice sounds like a girl. Please help, I've been looking everywhere and It's driving me crazy that I can't listen to it =].
