Do you think if i dye them will it work

they are a greyish blue color does any one know how to make dye

I don't suppose they are the color of any magic marker are
they - if so fill in the faded area with a marker - its worth a try
other wise they are ruined.

Unfortunately, I have learned firsthand that dying over a bleach spot will not fix it. I would color it in with marker, permanent if you can find one to match the shoe.

Nothing to do, they are ruined! That's what bleach does to colors!!!

You can't fix it. I assume you mean "sneakers", not the candy bar "Snickers". If you do mean the candy bar, please don't eat it.
