I'm looking for maybe some monsters to kill or steal from, just anything to get some teleport stones!

If you complete 4 hunts, and have 8000 clan points, you can buy them from the Muthru Bazaar in Rabanastre. You can also buy them on the airships.

Go on some more hunts. The clan provisioner will supply the stones once your clan rank goes up a bit more. He starts supplying them at a fairly low clan rank, so just keep checking him each time you hit a new rank.

If u havent reach a certain rank, u wont be able to buy it but you can kill enemies to drop them or steal them from enemies.
I think the level u are right now, u can kill ozmone hare/wildsnakes in giza plains or steal from the werewolf in giza plains (dry season).

How far are you in the game? Teleport stones can be purchased on board the "Leisure Craft" when you travel from a city to another. Board a ship in any aerodrome and choose "By leisure craft".
