Dear Ms Rowling,
Can you please advise how you "Make," a letter. I have heard of writing a letter, but would love to know how to make one.
Your sincerely
Edit:- Why the thumbs down? If you read her books you will know that JK Rowling is a very proper and correct person when it comes to use of the English Language and manners. Her correct address is:- Dear Ms Rowling. That is the correct way to address her, ask your teacher.
Edit again:- Sorry I've got to add this. Before you write to JK Rowling please note that you should have started the question with a capital letter, you should have used a capital letter for her surname, the word address has two d's. The second line of your question should start with a capital letter and you do not need the word "Like." The word "Make," should be replaced with the word "Write." The word "Since," should be replaced with the word, "And."
Then write to her otherwise as an ex teacher she will probably drop your letter in the bin.
(Then put whatever your name is on this line)

If you have any of the Potter books, look up the publisher in the beginning of the book. It should list their mailing address. You can direct letters to their address by saying something like: To: J.K. Rowling, courtesy of... " and then put the name and address of the publisher.
