I'd chose a Penguin. I don't know what it is but when I think of Penguins I think of these unique and multi-talented creatures that alway have a hand(in this case fin) to lend. They are hard-working and '''team-wortking'' animals. Up there in that cold snow they seem to have such warm and welcoming hearts.

Now in no way am I saying that I dislike dolphins. I love Dolphins. I would have even said them....but....I just feel these creatures are not getting their freedom. They are endangered as we are aware of that and a lot are captured in places like Marinland. Still...these are mammals....who are just as unique as Penguins because Penguins...being birds do not fly and can swim and live in places like The Arctic. And dolphins, some people confuse them to be fish, are mammals but they can live underwater and swim underwater so well.(They take leaps out of the water every 10m minutes or so to breath).

I love both of these unique creatures but I picked Penguin because of the freedom it represants to me. Though my second choice would be bang on Dolphin because of the Serenity it represents to me.

A Penguin. Dolphins are overrated.

Dolphin.

I'm a native Floridian and hate the cold. So I personally would rather live in warm tropic and sub-tropic regions than the cold (although I have seen some penguins in Peru that aren't dwelling in snow).

Of the top of my head, penguins and dolphins have more in common than I thought. Fish diet, fear of sharks, looking like they have a lot of fun swimming... I'll stick with the warm weather :)

This is a tough one because I love them dolphins, but I think I would rather be a penguin because my wife would finally think I was cute!

I prefer the warm waters, and dolphin can swim anywhere they like. But our penguin friends really would rather be in the icy waters.

A dolphin, they work as a pack, penguins have too many predators

Dolphin...I see them play in the surf, they are real fun-lovers. Plus sharks attack penguins but leave dolphins alone.

Either would be grand - but I reckon I'd prefer to be a dolphin. They have a collective answer to sharks. And I've watched immense pods of up to a couple of hundred dancing out of waves, and playing with my boat, at sea. What joy!
