How about It's a Wonderful Life. It's rated G, it's on TV every Christmas. If someone hasn't seen it, they don't watch TV much at all. It came out in the 50's so it's a classic. A less seasonal movie suggestion would be Snow White. Also an old movie that is G rated that most everyone has seen unless they avoid Disney movies.

I can tell you that some of these movies I have personally not seen. I have seen the Wizard of Oz, Goonies, Bambi, Lion King, and Cinderella. However, I probably should've seen all these movies. I would say Lion King.
