i dont know if they would win, but they would have put up a good fight. Most of the teams that lost to the Spurs only had one big threat. this means no one else to open up the floor to help spread the defense. Even Micheal Jordan needed Pippen to spread the floor. Now if you have 3 scoring threats on a team it will be on the coach to keep the defense guessing who is going to score. The problem i see with this is defense. thats the deciding factor, if Tony isnt hot you gotta watch out for duncan if not ducan then you got the other cast...if not them you gotta watch out for the basics (pick n roll).
In all i think with a good coach they could fight hard...I mean even the knicks with sprewell, huston and camby had there run. why cant 3 of the leagues leading scorers....

Wade would have made a difference, perhaps two games and the series goes 6. Carter would have just given them another player like Lebron

I don't think the chemistry would work that much as VC likes to shoot a lot but it would be very fun to watch. I believe if DWade was with the Cavs during the finals; they would've won but adding VC into the mix i think is not gonna help the team chemistry. I just hope the Spurs retire as a team so that the NBA will be exciting again to watch and enjoy.

Yes, Wade at PG, Carter SG, James SF, Gooden F, "Z" C
They cant double team wade, carter, and james at the same time. And we know when these superstars are playing 1on1, no one can guard them.
Atkers and good rebounders
a good defensive team cant slow them down

No. They're all pretty much the same player (though Carter is not as good). There'd still be no one to defend Parker or Duncan. Change Vince Carter to Dwight Howard and then they could win.

With that lineup, there's no doubt. There's only one Bruce Bowen.
PG - Dwyane Wade
SG - Vince Carter
SF - LeBron James
PF - Drew Gooden
C - Zydrunas Ilgauskas
That'd be the best team in the NBA.

Yes. With the Trio scoring 60-80 points a game, and even if Ilgauskas is playing center, I believe the Cavs could win.

No beause the mere fact is that they don't have any good man in the middle (what was Ilgauskas doing?) and at the same time their chemistry as a team is still not that defined. (just look at San Antonio) If you put these two guys with Lebron, it still wouldn't have solved Cleveland's problems against San Antonio

No. There is not a team that you could put together made up of Eastern Conference players that could beat the Spurs in a 7 game series.
