It all depends on what type. Most frogs will eat crickets. Turtles really vary. Some will eat fruits and veggies. Others eat worms. Some even eat floating pellets.
They need to be fed every day while they are young

I can only help you with the turtles. If it is a painted turtle, you can feed it worms, crawfish, mino's, and you should have a calcium supplement on its food. Either pet shop bought or you can scrape cuttle bone over the food. If it is a red eared slider, do not feed it crayfish, most of these will eat red rosies or comet goldfish. red-eared sliders and painted turtles are both omnivores so you need to have some plants in there too. If it is a snapping turtle or a soft-shell turtle it will eat only meat or the same things i suggested for the painted turtle.

That is a very open ended question. Do you know what kind of frogs and turtles?
Assuming they are painted turtles which are common from Mexico to Canada as juveniles they eat mainly insects like maggots beetles crickets etc... as for the frogs assuming they are native frogs in that you'd find in your yard they will eat mosquito larva fruit flies and whatever other insects/insect larva that is small enough to fit in their mouths.
