Try losing weight it MAY help. Depends on the fatty versus dense breast tissue, which you don't know what you have more of until you lose weight. If you have more dense tissue losing weight won't work.

u can try losing your body weight.. some people will have their breast size reduced by losing body weight. or u can go under the knife.. breast reduction.. hope it helps.. ^.^
