Most of the cars in my state don't seem to have a blinker that works when people are making a lane change. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes! My friends and I joke that some models of cars must not come with turn signals anymore because of all of the other 'fancy' options.
Seems that some people who drive Lexus, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes don't choose the 'turn signal' package.

Obviously you need new glasses. Imagine...a world without functioning turn signals. How about a electric shock device in the seat cushion to remind people when they move the wheel enough to change a lane without using their signals. Nothing like classical conditioning!!

Hah - same here in the UK. Must be a very widespread recall then!
