Tampons or no swimming IMO.
Unless it is super dooper light, as in when you wear a pad it does not show up on your pad. Then its ok.
Other than that, do you want blood running down your leg when you get out of the pool?

Hi, wot a dilemma, if u dont want to use a tampon, u can always buy a Mooncup/Diva cup. This is a small plasticky cup super small which comes in two sizes and is available from ebay and similar shops maybe even in your area.
here is a website to check out more, they are reusable and are much cheaper than buying tampons or pads.

hope this helps

THat's disgusting and could pose a health hazard to others in the pool.
Get a tampon stick it up there.
You'll feel way more confident being in the water

I would never go swimming during my period. And if you do, ONLY if you wear a tampon. That is a necessity for sanitary and health reasons. Good luck.
