Go to that bank office on Monday with your atm card. Ask to speak to the person in charge of the atm. Tell them it deducted $300.00 from your account and you didn't receive cash. The video camera should prove this. You, may need to fill out a form. However, it may take two weeks to get your money back.

Report the shortage to your bank, and have your receipt handy. I had this happen to me once. I withdrew $100, was charged for it, and the machine only puked out $80. Within a few days, the ATM had been counted out and, sure enough, it was $20 over. I just had the bank credit it to my checking account.

This seems EXTRAORDINARILY unlikely, but I'll bite: go into the bank when it opens, and tell them what happens. Your transaction will have been recorded elsctronically, a duplicate printed receipt remains inside the ATM, and your transaction was also filmed by the ATM machine. When they count the money they'll have $300 too much, and they'll give it to you.

But don't forget, if they DON'T have $300 too much, and the video footage shows you taking any cash out, they will arrest you and charge you with bank fraud...

If this is your finanicial institution their should be a few forms to be filled out, then some investigating on the banks part. They then should give you provisional credit. If this didn't happen at your finaincial institution, you need to go back to your bank and fill out the paper work. Good Luck

Go as soon as possible to the bank... they will be over when they count the money and will return it to you.
