Yes, in the sense of having an intense sexual experience in the dream resulting in an orgasm. They will be all wet from the lubricating fluids that pour out when sexually excited.

Indeed we do. It is possible after a naughty dream to wake up to find that you are having an orgasm. Very nice way of waking up it is too!

yes they do. you learn it in biology and human anotomy in high school. we dont get erect like guys but we get kind og the same feeling.
