Blues Brothers, no contest. It's from 1980 so it counts.
There's so many iconic and cool scenes- I mean that shot of the nazi in front of Wrigley Field is priceless. So many good quotes and so many cameos. You have a lot of music artist, some doing their songs, Fank Oz of Muppets fame as a prison officer, even Steven Spielberg at the end.
"So what kind of music do you usually have here?"
"Oh, we got both kinds- country AND western."
