Try these 2

I'd reccomend these 2, run each in turn
ADAWARE fro www.lavasoftusa.com (Free personal version)
also SPYBOT S&D from www.spybot.org (Again free for home use)

Also worth having in toolbox is CCLEANER from www.ccleaner.com again a free download, and a good general windows tidyup utility.

Also make sure you have FULL antivirus protection, free one available from www.avast.com

I have never heard of the antivirus you are using, but it is clearly a rebranded version of F-secure based on the naming convention.

Antiviruses generally recognize viruses by file signature so they know exactly what it is and how to remove it. Other times it will guess that a certain file is probably a virus and give the same standard generic warning.

Yours is unfortunately the second case. Because your antivirus doesn't know what it is, it can't remove it obviously.

It's very hard to help you further, without more details.

One possibility that cannot be dismissed is that your antivirus is just wrong and it's a false alarm so you don't really have a virus.

You could of course follow the advise in the other answers that ask you to blindly download and try half a dozen programs, but likely what you have is very new and unknown or it's a mistake and it's not a virus at all.

I recommend you seek (free) help from the guys at http://www.castlecops.com/f67-Hijackthis_Spyware_Viruses_Worms_Trojans_Oh_My.html

They can confirm for you once and for all whether what you have is really a virus or not.

if you are having less than 512 mb ram and 2 ghz processor then go for McAfee Virus Scan 2006/ Nod32/ AOL Active virus shield or BitDefender
I personally use McAfee VirusScan 2006, but i have tried the rest and if you are looking for an inexpensive solution, then i would recommend AOL Active Virus Shield as it is based on Kaspersky Antivirus System, which is one of the best AV available. Find the download links below
