She has been hurt and she's probably not happy to see your husband with a new love. For that, she wants to make life miserable for both of you.
Your husband has to put things right...whether it is children's custody, financial support or division of assets etc. If their divorce is final and the court has ruled the order, I don't see how she can continue to bring both of you to court. Looks like your husband may have left a lot of things unsettled and that gives her a reason to go after him.
Eventually she will give up and move on. Afterall, she has her own life to live.

Get a restraining order against her. A couple of visits from the cops, and she'll leave you alone. Otherwise, you might have to consider moving. You should not have to put up with that. Your husband really should put his foot down and take care of this problem. Either way, if you are depressed, I highly recommend talking to your doctor about it. He can help you out with the depression. Good luck!
