Should Mike Nifong the DA in the Duke case be disbarred?

The duke men's lacrosse case with the stripper and all the hoopla that they said they raped this female and it was proven they didn't..

He should be barred from practicing law ever again. No other state should issue him a law license. He destroyed these boys lives and this " rape" allegation even though they were found to be innocent will haunt them for the rest of their lives. He ratcheted up racial tensions and should be made to issue a full page apology in a newspaper for a whole year to not only the three players but to the community whose trust he abused.
He should not be allowed to run for office because he has shown power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely. He claimed he was distracted by the election campaign since it was his first time running for the office ( he had been appointed in 2005 to complete the unexpired term of John Hardin who left the Durham DA office because of an appointment to a Superior Court judgeship) but that is no excuse for the travesty he perpetrated.

I don't know about being disbarred but he should be punished severely for causing a rift in race relations plus ruining some kids' lives just to get re-elected. Suddenly it's rich white vs. poor black again because of him. Class-ism and racism getting stronger because of that selfish moron. He should at least be suspended but if that doesn't happen, it's the responsibility of his constituents to remove him.
