Are you not supposed to be spotting or on your period when you have an appointment with your gynocologist?
and if its to do your annual pap?
If you are on your monthly would it be better just to reschedule?

My GYN said that as long as it's not a heavy flow, it's fine. I has an annual appointment that I couldn't reschedule and had to go toward the end of my period and it was fine! Just call your docs office and ask their preference.

If something is seriously wrong, they won't care. They will just go ahead and do it.

Otherwise, they will want to reschedule you to a time when you aren't on your period.

I went one time while I was on my period, because I needed some kind of medication, and they just rescheduled me for my annual.

I also went another time when I was having problems, and they did it while I was on it.

Although its not a heavy flow try to reschedule. If you are doing a papsmear it could alter the results, because when you bleed there isnt just blood coming out, its tissue & other stuff also. Your doctor will want to make sure its the tissue from the cervix wall that they are getting and not the tissue being discarded through menstruation.

You should reschedule if you are spotting or on your period the day of your pap.

under no circumstances heard that till now, even with the undeniable fact that i think of you'll be touching on any "deposits" that the "deed" has left interior you.. if so "specific" you may no longer pass to a gynocologist with a vag crammed with semen.. in case you have had secure intercourse (or masturbation) then i shoulf anticipate that the checklist are able to detect a number of your extra fluids which may additionally evade his "examination". To be secure, basically dont do something till once you have considered the healthcare expert..
