That would be April Fool's Day, totally marketed as a horror film but not so. Very crappy twist ending where it turns out no one has been killed and everything that has been happening was fake. Someone deserves to be beat over the head for that movie.

My partner and I used to ask the lads at our local video shop for their recommendations for bad horror movies, our top 3 at the moment is:
1) House Of The Dead (video game film....)
2) House Of Wax (the Paris H remake)
3) Jolly Roger:The Legend Of Cutters Cove (although it is so bad its almost good)
Edit: Damn! I can't believe I forgot the worst of the worst:
Snakes on a Train..........
I am unable to find the words to describe how horrendous this film was...don't bother seeing it, it'll be 90 minutes of your life completely wasted...

Do you mean the worst in a rubbish way or the worst in a scary way.
The worst horror film I ever saw was "Henry - portrait of a serial killer". It came out about 15 years ago and was banned. It was not shown in mainstream cinemas - I saw it at a one off in an indepedent cinema. I nearly threw up.

The Blair Witch Project - Hands down the most overrated piece of crap in cinematic history.
House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, and Bloodrayne also deserve honorable mentions.

The passion of Christ. This made the chainsaw massacre movie look light light comedy. Uuurgghh all that gore and guts and stuff. It was really the worst movie I have seen, with ol Jesus H Christ walking about with his entrails dragging along beside him and that popped out eye!

That is difficult to answer - because you want to know a movie made AROUND THE WORLD. Well I have not seen any movies from other countries - therefore hard to answer.
